Mission Statement

Howell’s Mill Christian Assembly is a 25 acre camp and retreat center. We started back in the late 40’s as a meeting place for Christians, and were primarily a summer camp. Over the past 25 years, we have grown into a year-round Christian camp and retreat center.

Howell’s Mill Christian Assembly exists to:

1. Provide life changing Christian camps and retreat programs for youth and adults in our Tri-State Area.
2. Share the good news of Jesus Christ to our community through outreach events, acts of service, rental opportunities, and building relationships.
3. Partner with other local parachurch missions & organizations to serve and love the people of our Tri-state Area.

Facility Details:Our 25 acre campus can house up to 188 guests at a time. Our main meeting room is a 5,400 square foot multi-purpose building we call the “A.R.K”., short for the Activities & Recreation Center. It has a full gym, worship stage, powered sound system, and video projector. It also has a small kitchen for groups who wish to cook their own meals.

We have two dormitories that house a total of 48 guests located in the A.R.K. and two additional dorms, Galilee (sleeps 64) and Jordan (sleeps 60). All of the dorms have twin bunk beds and are fully air conditioned or heated. We also have cabins that hold 2-4 people each for families or guest speakers to reserve.

Our Dining Hall Facility is 2,400 square feet of dining space that can hold up to 200 guests at a time. We can cook the meals for your retreat, or you can prepare your own in the smaller A.R.K kitchen.
